We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our offline payments follow USD pricing.

No. Coimex is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of the next two months you request the cancellation. Monthly prices will be charged to your account, and will be billed till the last day of your membership (cancellation date plus two months).

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your membership, you can do so as per the cancellation fee question up. Please contact us from info@coimex.co to modify your membership plans.

We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is EU-Safe-Harbor compliant and all Coimex plans include SSL for encryption, for free to keep your data safe.

No, Coimex is not a party to sales transactions between sellers and buyers. Coimex is an online intermediary and operates an online platform where buyers and sellers can interact with each other.

As Coimex, we can try to solve the dispute between you and the counter party by strengthening the communication. However, Coimex has no binding authority to render a final decision about any disputes. Primary solution mechanisms should be determined in the sales agreement between the parties of the transactions (i.e. courts, mediation or arbitration, etc.)

No, Coimex does not warrant any actions of users. Every user in the Coimex platform is action on his behalf.
