Within the scope of the relevant legislation that is applicable, all real persons whose personal data is processed by Coimex as a Data Controller and which are not subject to Turkish Law or GDPR, may exercise their rights regarding the personal data as applying to Coimex and/or representative stated by Coimex. In addition, persons whose personal data are processed by Coimex as a Data Controller, may apply to the relevant public authorities according to the legislation which are applicable to them (such as GDPR).
